Mijn Johan Maurits collectie is ontworpen voor de vrouw met allure. Ik werd geïnspireerd door de vereeuwiging van Johan Maurits. De glorie van één van Neêrlands bekendste historische iconen is letterlijk in steen gebeiteld. Om hem te eren bouwde men twee prachtige standbeelden: één in marmer en één in brons. De één staat in Nederland en de ander in zijn geliefde Brazilië. Beiden zijn verfraaid met drie symbolen, die staan voor zijn kracht, wijsheid en overwinningen.

Voor deze collectie liet ik Johan Maurits terugkomen in een symbolisch pallet van kwastjes, acanthusbladeren, olifanten, kandelaars en decoraties uit het Mauritshuis, die je terug vindt in de bijzondere print en de opvallende decoraties. Een beetje glim doet de rest. Draag mijn Johan Maurits en voel je een vorstin.
