Cool moves for a hot bod
Did you know that my bikinis and bathing suits are burpee proof? Thanks to their perfect fit and quick-dry material, you can turn the pool and the beach into your gym!
When on holiday, I like to focus on my core – something about being in a bikini, right? – so I alternate swimming laps with doing core exercises in and out of the pool. One of my favorite moves is the ‘pool edge pull up’. To do it, grab onto the edge with both hands and lower yourself under water. Then pull yourself up as far as you can out of the water and repeat.
Another great killer-ab exercise is the double leg lift. Lean back on the pool’s edge and lower your legs straight down. Then, raise them up as high as you can, keeping your legs perfectly straight and together. For both exercises, 3 sets of 10 should do the trick. An added bonus: while working yourself into a sweat, the water keeps you cool!
