✔ The 1.5 meter rule applies at all times;
✔ A limited number of customers is allowed in the store at the same time, in order to keep sufficient distance
✔ Mask, gloves and disinfectant gel are available for customer and store employees.

delivery updates

Due to high the number of packages our logistic partners need to process, delivery of your order might be a few days later than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, due to the Corona (COVID-19) we are currently not shipping to the following countries, areas or postal codes:
• Italy (please check the DPD website for all postal codes)

Shipping delays due to the Corona virus may occur in the following countries:
• Spain
• Portugal
• Switzerland
• Austria
• Czech Republic

safety measures in our warehouse

Extra safety measure are being taken in our warehouse against the Corona virus:

• Anti-bacterial gel is placed in all strategic locations, so the employees can disinfect their hands at any time;
• Touch points are cleaned more often by our cleaning company;
• Employees with ill symptoms (e.g. colds) are send home;
• Meetings are held as much as possible via Teams or Skype;
• There is an enhanced supervision of the 1.5-meter rule from all managers and the Security department (on the work floor, in the canteens and outside on the site);
• Contact with drivers is minimized by no longer giving them access to the building, and picking up deliveries remotely without contact;
• Additional information is put on the signs at the canteen, at the toilets, at the hand wash station and in the departments themselves.

Extra safety measures regarding returns:
All returned packages are held in quarantine in our warehouse. Therefore, the process of your return can take a bit longer than usual. If the amount is not refunded after 7 working days, please contact our Customer Service.

extended return policy

We offer an extended return period to all clients from countries affected by Corona (COVID-19).

As most of our packages are shipped by DPD, we would like to explain how you can return a package with DPD *.
* you can choose another carrier to return your package with.

Step 1: Go to the DPD website.
Step 2: Enter your name + address details + phone number for further assistance.
Step 3: Tick the box that says ‘pick up package from home’. If you prefer to hand it over to a parcel shop, we advise you to check this in advance. Unfortunately, many shops are closed, but DPD's own parcel shops are often still open.
Step 4: Enter the address of our warehouse. You can use the following address online: Jaartsveldstraat 2 7575 BP
Step 5: Check the overview page and transfer the payment.
Step 6: You will get a confirmation of your return registration. You will receive the tracking number and the shipping label via your email. You can then trace the tracking code via this link. After receiving your package in our warehouse, the refund takes about 3-5 working days.
