Time for me to share it all….
Almost 50 and feeling more fabulous than ever, I feel there is no better time than the present to share all for you to see. An insight on my vision of life, but even more about the person behind the brand. Even though it has been a bumpy ride, as a self-made woman I’m very proud of what I’ve accomplished and conquered.
But now for the first time I actually feel the endless opportunities the world has to offer. Not only with my designs, but with every element of my life. With my blog Maison Marlies I will share with you my inspirations, thoughts, mistakes and successes, hoping it will give you the confidence to become the master of your own destiny.

The message: we can do much more than we think. “Meditate. It’s the single best thing you can do for your health.”

Super (skin) food
‘If you can’t eat it, why put it on your skin?’. I pretty much live by this beauty adage. After all, with your skin being one of your body’s largest organs, anything – and I mean anything! – you put onto your skin will end up in your bloodstream.
