Woman Crush Wednesday
All women are amazing to me, but some women are as mind-blowing, that they have the ability to inspire others. My #WomanCrushWednesdays is dedicated to these ladies. Despite a variety of obstacles they reached insane levels of success. Whether it be in business, in science, in sports, in music, in art or in worldwide leadership. These women are all examples of the modern day feminist; strong and independent women who step up as role models, demanding the social, political and economic equality of the sexes.

The message: we can do much more than we think. “Meditate. It’s the single best thing you can do for your health.”

Super (skin) food
‘If you can’t eat it, why put it on your skin?’. I pretty much live by this beauty adage. After all, with your skin being one of your body’s largest organs, anything – and I mean anything! – you put onto your skin will end up in your bloodstream.
