Celebrate life and love in my multi-colored No Te Olvido- collection! I chose a flattering powder blue and combined it with a handwritten poem and illustrations to create a sensational print. The sensual straps -decorated with dainty, hand-painted golden pineapple charms- give your curves tropical flair. Dare to be unforgettable!

The best way to print a mesh fabric is also the most time-consuming and labor-intensive one: using CAD (computer-aided design) to generate fabric screens that print the design onto the fabric color by color. The print of the No te Olvido is made out of 11 colors, which means 11 screens are necessary to make the print. Plus each set of screens will only be used for one shape. Because we wanted the wings of the bras to be printed as well this whole process has to be repeated, wings require a stronger mesh to ensure fit and durability. The pineapple ornaments are engraved into metal with a laser and are finished and polished by hand. They are coated with a transparent coating so they do not lose their color.

Style no te olvido

"I paint flowers so they will not die” Frida Kahlo said. But the Mexican painter -who happened to also be an avid gardener- did more than that: she infused the flowers, fruits and fauna that she painted with sex and sensuality. Frida believed that food and flowers provide sensual nourishment: the essence of our life energy. Take ‘Still Life with Parrot and Fruit’ (1951) for example; could the colors be more alive, the contours more succulent? Just days before her death, Frida dipped a brush into red paint to add an inscription to a painting of watermelons: ‘Viva la vida!’. (Live life to the fullest!). And so, her final painting became an exuberant celebration of life. No te olvidamos, Frida; we will not forget you.
