This seasons' Odyssey collection is made from a fiery red solid microfiber. The graphic straps with hazard tape stripes and caution warnings are woven into the shoulder straps and bindings. The machine that is used to create the graphic designs on the shoulder straps takes a day to start up, due to every thread being attached by hand. A difficult technique with a breath taking result.

Every time Amelia Earhart took to the air, she risked her life. Yet she never felt more alive than when she was in the danger zone. "Decide whether or not the goal is worth the risks involved. If it is, stop worrying," she once wrote. And oh, the risks were plenty. In 1920, the year Amelia fell in love with flying, 15 aerial mail pilots died. In the year following Lindbergh’s flight across the Atlantic, of the 5 women trying to do the same, 3 died. It was still worth the risk, Amelia decided; an act considered so brave and dangerous would instantly make her a legend. And it did. But that was not enough for Amelia. The most famous woman in the world kept looking for new ways to risk it all. “Courage is the price that life exacts for granting peace,” Amelia explained. In the Lockheed Electra she planned to circle the globe in, she had the seats removed so extra fuel could be put in their place. Amelia would be flying in a time bomb, a combustible capsule. Nobody knows exactly what happened to her when she disappeared a few weeks later, somewhere over the Pacific Ocean. But whatever it was, Amelia would have had peace with it. Right there, in the middle of the red zone.
