This season, get your winter glow on in my 'Polaris' Couture Collection, designed for Snow Queens and Polar Princesses. I printed my own 'knitting' pattern, inspired by the eight-pointed North Star, onto the smoothest, recycled microfiber fabric in heart-warming cabernet red. The spectacular, form-fitting silhouette gives equal parts cozy and sensual, while the jacquard woven shoulder straps and faux-leather details evoke an adventurer's spirit. As the 'icing' on the cake, I added a silver-plated pendant shaped like the brave-hearted Polar bear. Channeling my inner Winter Goddess, I simply HAD to sprinkle rhinestones like ice crystals over the entire design. With the motto printed on the lining of the bottoms - 'Dare to get lost to find yourself' - I am daring you to explore the uncharted territories of your soul. And so, the adventure begins...

Heroines of the Ice

This season, we celebrate the fearless female adventurers who followed their crazy dreams to the coldest, most unforgiving places on earth: the North- and South Pole. From polar bear-hunting Louise Arner Boyd who became the first woman to fly over the North Pole, to Inuit translator Tookoolito whose courage and survival skills saved all the members of the ill-fated Polaris expedition in 1871. These badass polar explorers are my muses - the pilots, scientists, climbers and dreamers who restored women to their proper place in history, which is: anywhere we bloody want to go.
